What does your digitizing fee include?
Our one time digitizing fee ensures that we have your logo and current order history on file and we keep your thread colors and backings in inventory. We use this history information every time we setup our machines for your orders, it makes the process quicker.

We can’t stress enough the importance of digitizing a design to the fabric and size for which it will be used. Digitizing is a profession in itself, and we use only the best software and experienced digitzers in the industry.
When can I expect to my items to be delivered?
Typically, an average order of 20-100 pcs is completed within a few days.
Orders of 300 pcs or more is completed within10-14 working days. Then you need to allow for pressing, bagging and delivery.
Always safely allow 7-14 days for deliveries when planning events for 200 or less peices needed
What if I need to cancel part of an order after it has been placed?
We place orders daily. Cahning an order after it has been placed will incur additional fees.
Any company who cancels a partial or full order will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the total pieces cancelled.
This fee is what we are charged by our vendors.
Why are jacket back setups so expensive? Can’t you just blow up the left chest size that I have already paid to have digitized?
Our company doesn’t cut corners. Stitch count is a huge factor in the durability of a jacket back. A bigger design means more sewing time, more backing and more thread.

We’ll show you a few samples from customers who were told it could be done by our competitors, only to be disappointed. They were surprised when they saw our work and how their logo was really suppose to look on a full jacket back. Have we ever gotten a “wow” response!
How do you prefer to accept fundraising payments?
We prefer to accept one check from one person in charge. We ask this because creating a large number of individual invoices is too time consuming for our turnover timetable and the extra services we provide for free. In other situations there have been bounced checks, and we feel that addressing this issue should be the responsibility of an appointed person at the core of the organization. We have neither the time nor the manpower to chase after bounced checks for your organization. This policy was adopted June 2006.
How can our company get our garments dry-cleaned and/or laundered?
Swan Cleaners offers the neatest program: business discount. Go to www.swandc.com to fill out a request form. They will come to your place of employment and give every employee interested in this discount cleaning program their own ID bag. Swan will then arrange a pickup day and a delivery day and give everyone participating weekly or bi-weekly a percentage off. Call Jeff, Rick, Amber or Karen B. for more details at 419-524-2611. This program guarantees a longer life for your company’s apparel. All your employees will reflect your company consistently.
How can I get my company or school established?
We are excited to tell you that apparel advertising is going back to one-on-one contact. Hand someone an embroidered hat with your company logo and regain an opportunity in this day and age to start a conversation in person.
Please e-mail your logo to sales@embyourown.com or drop off a business card to Swan Cleaners so we can start with a quote for a one-time digitizing fee. Once the quote is approved, we will present you with a sew out to approve – usually a hat or polo representing your logo sewn on a garment. Together, we finalize the thread colors and the logo’s exact size, and we keep all that information on file. You then order what you need when you need it. It’s that simple!
If you need a shirt for an upcoming show, just call us. We’ll see what we have in stock in your size, and we’ll have it ready within a day or two. Remember, you receive your item pressed and ready to wear. For all new orders, we require 50% down, and the remainder is due upon pick up or delivery.
How do I order school spiritwear? Where can I see what you have available?
We have almost every school’s mascot in the Richland County area in our embroidery files.
Please give us a call and let us know what school and the size and color of the garment. We have a 6 pc minimum garment order and a 12 pc minimum hat order. We can get it to you within a few days. If you plan on ordering for a team, our team or event pricing is different from our individual ordering due to courtesy discounts we offer.

Does EMB Your Own Inc. offer terms?
We do not.
We prefer that you use the terms of your credit card company if longer pay plans are needed. Please call us if there are any questions.
All organizations must have their Tax ID on file with us (if applicable) before an order is placed.
Your company, school or organization will receive an intro packet that explains our NOG policy plus our advertising and payment policies. We can accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Paypal and American Express (when using AE, 4% will be added to the total), cash, company checks and personal checks by approval. Local delivery within our service area is always free!
What is a NOG, and why do I have to sign it?
We are asked frequently to sew logos on an employee’s own shirts. These are shirts they did not buy from us.
We don’t really mind doing this as long as the customer is aware that certain things can happen. If we cannot replace the garment, the responsibility is far greater on our end, so the cost for a NOG is significantly higher – almost double if not triple.
We have built this company’s foundation on responding to your needs quickly. Swan Cleaners and EMB Your Own Inc. are both local and are able to supply you with what an outside source couldn’t possibly supply – local service.
We take pride in our finished work. We take pride in our turn around time. If something unforeseen happens or a need happens, an out-of-town company can’t resolve the issue as quickly as we can. An embroidered logo that is digitized well is not going to be able to be taken off. We only sell you garments that we have sewn on and that meet our quality standards.
An NOG must be signed; there are no exceptions.
